BX-SRS-502 is a premium Alcohol-soluble silicone resin formed by the condensation of polyfunctional monomers. It cures into a hard, highly transparent film with exceptional insulation and friction resistance. Ideal for hardening transparent plastics like PMMA and PC, as well as providing moisture-proof encapsulation for electronics under high-temperature conditions.

Ⅲ. Primary Applications

  1. Plastic Hardening: Used as a hardening coating for organic glass (PMMA) and polycarbonate (PC).
  2. Insulating Encapsulation: Ideal for electronic components like high-frequency line circles under high heat and humidity.
  3. Protective & Glazing Coatings: Suitable for metalwork, paper glazing, and ceramic decoration to enhance UV and corrosion resistance.

Ⅳ. Packaging and Storage

This product is packed in 200 kg iron drum, stored in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight, avoid acid and alkali contact. Storied and transported as dangerous goods.

Ⅴ. Instructions

1.This product should avoid contact with acids, bases, organic salts and amines when used, otherwise it may accelerate curing, gelation and other phenomena occur, thus affcting the properties of products. 2.This product can be diluted with alcohol solvents such as methanol, ethanol, etc.. The surface of the substrate to be treated should be cleaned well with ethanol, gasoline or acetone. After solvent volatilization, curing can be accelerated by baking.
