Epoxy Floor Pigment Slurry Green G718 is a uniform and fine liquid pigment slurry belonging to the special solvent-free epoxy series. It is formulated with a reactive diluent and stabilizers to ensure perfect compatibility with epoxy A/B components while meeting low VOC environmental requirements.
Core Features and Performance
- Superior Decorative Finish: Provides a soft, natural green (Sap Green) that is pure and aesthetically pleasing. The color is not easy to fade, bloom, or flood, making it easy to clean and maintain.
- Exceptional Stability: Light-resistant, weather-resistant, and chemical corrosion-resistant. The stable color does not migrate, ensuring long-term brightness in both indoor and outdoor scenarios.
- Optimized Processability: Features low viscosity (800-2000 mPa·s) for easy dispersion. Its good fluidity makes it suitable for roller coating, blade coating, and self-leveling without affecting the floor’s mechanical properties.
- Eco-Friendly Design: Solvent-free and low odor, containing no harmful volatile substances.

Application Areas
G718 is ideal for coloring various solvent-free epoxy systems, especially in decorative scenarios:
- Epoxy self-leveling, anti-static, and heavy-duty anti-corrosion floors.
- Epoxy FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic) and mortar floors.
- High-traffic commercial areas like shopping malls, hospital corridors, laboratories, and underground garages.
Usage & Construction
- Addition Ratio: Conventional ratio is 2%-5% of the total mass of the epoxy floor paint (maximum 8%).
- Mixing Instructions: Stir component A first, add the G718 slurry and stir for 5 minutes; then add component B and stir for 3-5 minutes.
- Construction Conditions: Temperature: 5-35°C; Humidity: ≤85%.
- Drying Time: At 25°C, surface drying takes ≥4h; hard drying takes ≥24h.
Storage & Safety
- Storage: Store in a sealed, cool (≤35°C), and ventilated place away from fire, heat, and direct sunlight (to prevent green fading). Do not store with strong oxidants, acids, or alkalis.
- Safety: Wear protective gloves and goggles; avoid skin and eye contact. Ensure ventilation during construction and strictly prohibit open flames.
