BX-SRS-502 Alcohol-soluble silicone resin

This Alcohol-soluble silicone resin is a colorless, transparent silicone resin ethanol solution. It is formed through the condensation of multifunctional silicone monomers. The cured film is hard and transparent, with excellent insulation properties. It offers strong resistance to friction, heat, aging, and radiation. It remains flexible at low temperatures without becoming brittle. The film is also hydrophobic, moisture-proof, and highly transparent. It can be used as a hardening coating for transparent plastics such as PMMA and PC. It is also suitable for glazing coatings on paper and ceramics. Additionally, it serves as an insulating encapsulation coating for electronic components under high-temperature and high-humidity conditions, such as high-frequency line coils. It can further be applied as a protective coating on metal products and decorative materials to enhance wear, aging, water, UV, and corrosion.

Ⅱ. Packaging and Storage

This product is packed in 200 kg iron drum, stored in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight, avoid acid and alkali contact. Storied and transported as dangerous goods.

Ⅲ. Instructions

1.This product should avoid contact with acids, bases, organic salts and amines when used, otherwise it may accelerate curing, gelation and other phenomena occur, thus affcting the properties of products. 2.This product can be diluted with alcohol solvents such as methanol, ethanol, etc.. The surface of the substrate to be treated should be cleaned well with ethanol, gasoline or acetone. After solvent volatilization, curing can be accelerated by baking.
