BX-SRE-305 Methyl MQ silicone resin emulsion
This Methyl MQ silicone resin emulsion is a non-ionic, methyl MQ silicone resin emulsion. It offers excellent high-temperature resistance and superior wetting and spreading performance. It is primarily used for demoulding polyurethane molded parts. The emulsion can be easily diluted with water for application.
Ⅰ. Product Details
| Item | Index | Test method |
| Appearance | Milky white liquid | GB1721 |
| Viscosity(25℃), cp | ≥5000 | GB1723 |
| Solid content(150℃, 2h), % | 60±2 | GB1725 |
| Stability(3000r, 30min) | Stable, non-stratified | Refer to industrial emulsion stability test protocol (e.g., centrifugal stability method) |
| Note: The above data are for reference only and are not guaranteed technical specifications. *Corrections & supplements: 1. “Mike white” is revised to “Milky white” (standard industrial description for opaque white liquid); 2. The original “Test method” for stability was filled with index content, so it is adjusted to a common industrial test method (centrifugal stability test, 3000r/min for 30min) to match the test item; 3. GB1721 (paint appearance), GB1723 (coating viscosity), and GB1725 (coating solid content) are all Chinese National Standards for coating performance testing; 4. “cp” (centipoise) is a common unit for measuring liquid viscosity, suitable for high-viscosity systems ≥5000 cp. | ||
Ⅱ. Packaging and Storage
Generally 200KG, 50KG plastic bucker packaging; Stored sealed in a cool and dry environment at 5~36℃. Shelf life is generally 6 months from the date of production.
Ⅲ. Instructions
This product is 60% emulsion, and users can prepare appropriate concentration according to their own needs. Generally, dilute it to 1~10%, spray or brush it onto the mold surface, and then apply it again after one to five cycles. To obtain better effect, it is necessary to leave a layer of silicone film after the water has evaporated from the surface of the mold. The amount depends on the shape and size of the mold. The initial amount is S grams of 60% emulsion per 1000 square centimeters.
