BX-SRE-304 Methyl phenyl silicone resin emulsion

This methyl phenyl silicone resin emulsion is a non-ionic, methyl/phenyl silicone resin emulsion, used in heat resistant industrial coatings. It has good high temperature resistance, film forming property and air drying property. Available alone or in combination as a heat resistant gloss varnish. Varnish can resist high temperature 350℃, colored paint can resist high temperature 650 -700℃. It can be diluted with water, and has good compatibility with organic resin. Compounded with organic resins (such as acrylic acid resin, polyester resin, epoxy resin, etc.) to achieve both high decorative quality of organic resins and heat resistance of silicone resins.

Ⅱ. Recommend applications
1,Suitable for industrial heat resistant applications, such as boiler, heat source pipeline, electric heater and burning furnace etc.
2, Suitable for ovens and other heat-resistant cooking equipment.
Ⅲ. Packaging and Storage
Generally 200KG, 50KG plastic bucker packaging; Stored sealed in a cool and dry environment at 5~36℃. Shelf life is generally 6 months from the date of production.
Ⅳ. Instructions
It is suggested to prepare water – based resin – free color paste, and then combine it with resin emulsion together. Resin emulsion has better room temperature self-drying property, it can give the workpiece early protection and transport performance. But if you want to get good heat resistance and physical and mechanical properties, it is recommended to cure at 200- 280℃ for 15-60min.
