Ⅳ. Packaging and Storage
Generally 200KG, 50KG plastic bucker packaging; Stored sealed in a cool and dry environment at 5~36℃. Shelf life is generally 6 months from the date of production.
Ⅴ. Instructions
It is suggested to prepare water – based resin -free color paste, and then use it with resin emulsion together. When compounding with organic resins (such as water Sexual polyamide curing agent), it is necessary to screen the compatibility of the two components, especially in varnish application. Resin emulsion has better room temperature self-drying property, it can give the workpiece early protection and transport performance. But if you want to get good heat resistance and physical and mechanical properties, it is recommended to cure at 200- 280℃ for 15-60min,for example, 250℃ for 30 minutes or 280℃ for 15 minutes.
