BX-SRE-302 is a non-ionic Acrylic Modified Silicone Emulsion designed for decorative and heat-resistant industrial coatings. It balances 500°C thermal stability with superior film gloss and fullness, offering an eco-friendly water-dilutable solution for high-requirement industrial finishes.

Ⅲ. Recommend applications

  1. Decorative Heat-Resistant Finishes: Ideal for industrial paint applications where high visual quality and surface fullness are required alongside temperature resistance.
  2. General Industrial Coatings: Suitable for various series of high-temperature resistant coatings that can be diluted with water.

Ⅳ. Packaging and Storage

Generally 200KG, 50KG plastic bucker packaging; Stored sealed in a cool and dry environment at 5~36℃. Shelf life is generally 6 months from the date of production.

Ⅴ. Instructions

It is suggested to prepare water- based resin – free color paste, and then combine it with resin emulsion together. Resin emulsion has better room temperature self – drying property, it can give the workpiece early protection and transport performance. But if you want to get good heat resistance and physical and mechanical properties, it is recommended to cure at 200-280℃ for 15-60min.Low temperature curing properties of coatings can be achieved by using water-based polyurethane or amino curing agent.
