BX-SRE-301 Methyl silicone resin emulsion
This Methyl silicone resin emulsion is a non-ionic, methyl silicone resin emulsion, used in heat resistant industrial coatings. It has good high temperature resistant performance and film forming and air-drying properties. Varnish paint heat-resistance can reaches up to 300C, colored paint can reaches up to 500℃, and also has good compatibility with organic resin, better self drying property may achieve at room temperature with water-based curing agent. It can be diluted with water, not containing organic solvent.

2.Suitable for ovens and other heat-resistant cooking equipment.
Ⅲ. Packaging and Storage
Generally 200KG, 50KG plastic bucker packaging; Stored sealed in a cool and dry environment at 5~36℃. Shelf life is generally 6 months from the date of production..
Ⅳ. Instructions
It is suggested to prepare water – based resin -free color paste, and then use it with resin emulsion together. When compounding with organic resins (such as water Sexual polyamide curing agent), it is necessary to screen the compatibility of the two components, especially in varnish application. Resin emulsion has better room temperature self- drying property, it can give the workpiece early protection and transport performance. But if you want to get good heat resistance and physical and mechanical properties, it is recommended to cure at 200-280℃ for 15-60min,for example, 250℃ for 30 minutes or 280℃ for 15 minutes.
