BX-PSR-216 High temperature silicone resin

The High temperature silicone resin is polymerized from methyl monomer, phenyl monomer, and special silane monomers using a specialized process. It offers high temperature resistance and excellent self-drying properties. When combined with various pigments and functional materials, it can be used to produce heat-resistant paints. These paints are suitable for applications such as exhaust pipes, electrostatic precipitators, and stoves. Additionally, the resin can be blended with organic resins including alkyd, acrylic, polyester, and epoxy. This allows the formulation of temperature-resistant coatings for diverse purposes while enhancing the performance of the base resins.

Ⅱ. Packaging and Storage
This product is packed in 200kg iron drum, stored in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight, avoid acid and alkali contact. Storied and transported as dangerous goods.
Ⅲ. Instructions
1.The diluent used in this product should not contain water, acid, alkali, amine and other compounds, otherwise it will affect adhesion, dryness and other properties of paint film.
2.This product contains toluene and other flammable and explosive solvents. Attention should be paid to enhancing site ventilation during processing. Pay attention to fire prevention, anti-static, strictly cut off fire sources. Operators should pay attention to labor protection.
3.This product can be diluted with ketones, esters, toluene, xylene, etc.. The shelf life is half a year.
