BX-PSR-215 Organosilicon intermediate
This Organosilicon intermediate is a low molecular weight methyl/phenyl silanol intermediate with high reactivity. It is ideal for introducing compatible silicone elements into various resins like acrylic, polyester, and epoxy. This significantly enhances the heat and weather resistance of the base material. For example, adding 30% of this organosilicon intermediate can raise the continuous heat resistance of an organic resin to 300–350°C. Additionally, it can undergo further condensation to produce pure silicone resin.

Ⅱ. Packaging and Storage
This product is packed in 200kg iron drum, stored in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight, avoid acid and alkali contact. Storied and transported as dangerous goods.
Ⅲ. Instructions
1.The diluent used in this product should not contain water, acid, alkali, amine and other compounds, otherwise it will affect adhesion, dryness and other properties of paint film.
2.This product contains toluene and other flammable and explosive solvents. Attention should be paid to enhancing site ventilation during processing. Pay attention to fire prevention, anti-static, strictly cut off fire sources. Operators should pay attention to labor protection.
3.This product can be diluted with ketones, esters, toluene, xylene, etc.. The shelf life is half a year.
