BX-PSR-205 Epoxy-modified silicone resin
The Epoxy-modified silicone resin has good high and low temperature resistance, hydrophobicity, moisture proof. It also has the properties of favorable electrical insulating as well as arc corona resistance, excellent weather resistance. Chemical stability and corrosion resistance are also good. The product can be expansively used as high temperature resistance, anticorrosive, electricity isolation and weather resistance coating. It can be bi-component completely cured at the normal temperature. Compared with BX-PSR-205/1, BX-PSR-205/2 has better corrosion resistance but slightly poor high temperature resistance.

Ⅱ. Packaging and Storage
This product is packed in 200kg iron drum, stored in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight, avoid acid and alkali contact. Storied and transported as dangerous goods.
Ⅲ. Instructions
1.Cured at room temperature with two components, combined with isocyanate curing agent such as Bayer 3390, N75, etc.. ,the addition amount is 10 ~ 20% of the total resin.
2.High temperature curing, heating up to 180℃ for one hour curing. It can also cooperate with amino resin to shorten curing time.
3.The diluent used in this product should not contain water, acid, alkali, amine and other compounds, otherwise it will affect adhesion, dryness and other properties of paint film.
4.This product contains xylene and other flammable and explosive solvents. Attention should be paid to enhancing site ventilation during processing. Pay attention to fire prevention, anti-static, strictly cut off fire sources. Operators should pay attention to labor protection.
