Ⅳ. Packaging and Storage

The product should be stored in its original airtight container at -20℃ to +30℃. The expiration date (used before “month-year” is clearly indicated on the label of each barrel. The fact that the storage period exceeds the best period indicated on the label does not mean that the product is no longer usable. But in this case, in order to guarantee the quality of the product, it is necessary to re-check the relevant properties of the Product.

Ⅴ. Usage Reference

The coating solution must be prepared in the following order: 1. Add high-peeling strength additives first in high-peeling force application;

2. Add BX-SRA-901 and stir slowly until the mixture is homogeneous;

3. Add cross-linking agent and stir evenly;

4. Finally, add catalyst slowly and stir evenly;

5. The filtered coating solution is evenly coated on the substrate by a suitable coating head, and then enters the oven for solidification, the oven temperature is set to 120~160℃, and the oven residence time is a few seconds to tens of seconds.
