BX-MQR-605 Series Vinyl VMQ silicone resin
Vinyl VMQ silicone resin is a polysiloxane compound with a double-layer structure of compact spheres. Good hydrosilylation performance due to the introduction of vinyl. It has good heat resistance, film-forming property, adhesion, water-repellency, aging resistance and UV radiation resistance. VMQ silicone resin can be used as tackifier for silicone pressure-sensitive adhesives, construction sealants, organic resin coatings, etc., as well as for the bonding of mobile phone buttons and epoxy adhesives.

| Note: 1. [1] (Viscosity of 605N: 30000-100000 cp) and [2] (M/Q value of all 605 series models: 0.5-3.0) can be customized according to customer requirements, enabling precise matching with diverse application performance needs; 2. Core technical interpretation: – M/Q value (0.5-3.0): This is a key differentiator from previous 601-604 series (0.6-0.9 range). The “M unit” is monofunctional siloxane (-Si(CH₃)₃), and the “Q unit” is tetrafunctional siloxane (-SiO₄/₂). A wider range means broader performance adjustability: – Low M/Q (0.5-0.8): Enhances heat resistance (up to 400-500℃) and cured film hardness, suitable for high-temperature protective coatings; – Medium M/Q (0.9-1.5): Balances flexibility and compatibility, ideal for blending with organic resins (e.g., epoxy, acrylic) for composite coatings; – High M/Q (1.6-3.0): Improves toughness and hydrophobicity, applicable to flexible substrates (e.g., plastic, rubber) or water-repellent finishes. – Viscosity of 605N (30000-100000 cp): Belongs to ultra-high viscosity, far higher than the “>10000 cp” of previous N-type models. It is suitable for scenarios requiring no sagging (e.g., vertical thick-film coating of pipelines) or as a base material for high-adhesion sealants. 3. Application positioning by form: – 605P (white powder, >99% solid content): For solvent-free high-temperature curing systems (e.g., aerospace component coatings) to avoid volatile-induced defects; – 605S (colorless liquid, 15-30S viscosity, 65±2% solid content): For low-viscosity processes (e.g., electronic component impregnation, thin-film optical coatings) due to good fluidity; – 605N (ultra-high viscosity liquid, >99% solid content): For thick-film protection (e.g., heavy-duty equipment anticorrosion) or high-performance adhesives. | |||
Ⅱ. Packaging and Storage
Packed in 25kg cardboard drums or 200kg lined plastic iron drums. Room temperature sealed storage, solution for half a year, powder and silicone oil type for one year. If the storage time exceeds the expiration date indicated on the label, it does not mean that the product cannot continue to be used. But in this case, retesting is necessary.
