Methyl MQ silicone resin is an organosilicon polymer. It has a unique double-layer spherical structure. This structure is compact and uniform. It offers excellent heat resistance. It has good film-forming properties. The resin provides strong adhesion. It is highly water-repellent. It resists aging effectively. It also blocks UV radiation. It serves as a tackifier. It is used in silicone pressure-sensitive adhesives. It applies to construction sealants. It enhances organic resin coatings. It bonds mobile phone buttons. It modifies epoxy adhesives.

[1] (Viscosity of 603N) and [2] (M/Q value of all 603 series models) can be customized according to customer requirements, enabling adaptation to diverse scenario needs (e.g., adjusting M/Q value for higher flexibility or hardness); 2. Key technical interpretation: The “M/Q value” of methyl MQ silicone resin represents the molar ratio of monofunctional siloxane units (M units, chemical formula: -Si(CH₃)₃) to tetrafunctional siloxane units (Q units, chemical formula: -SiO₄/₂). A lower M/Q value (near 0.6) enhances the resin’s heat resistance and cured film hardness, while a higher M/Q value (near 0.9) improves compatibility with organic polymers and flexibility of the cured product; 3. Product application positioning by form: – 603P (white powder, solid content ＞99%): Suitable for solvent-free or high-concentration formulations, such as high-temperature-resistant coatings for metal parts or additives for composite materials (avoids solvent volatilization and ensures performance stability); – 603S (colorless transparent liquid, 15-30S viscosity, solid content 65±2%): Ideal for low-viscosity application scenarios, including impregnation of electronic components (to enhance insulation) and thin-film coatings (easy to spray/brush without sagging); – 603N (colorless transparent viscous liquid, ＞10000cp viscosity, solid content ＞99%): Designed for thick-film protective coatings (e.g., anti-scratch layers on surfaces) or high-adhesion adhesives, where high viscosity prevents run-off on vertical substrates and high solid content avoids film shrinkage during curing. | |||
Ⅱ. Packaging and Storage
Packed in 25kg cardboard drums or 200kg lined plastic iron drums. Room temperature sealed storage, solution for half a year, powder and silicone oil type for one year. If the storage time exceeds the expiration date indicated on the label, it does not mean that the product cannot continue to be used. But in this case, retesting is necessary.

1.Used as tackifier for silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive;
2.High temperature resistant coatings, used for insulation, bonding, sealing, etc. of Class H motors
3.Reinforcing additive in condensation silicone rubber, to enhance color, transparency and mechanical strength
4.Waterproof coatings in daily chemical industry, such as lipstick 5.It can be used as a raw material for making release agents; 6.Raw material for defoamer to improve defoaming and foam inhibition ability.
