BX-SRS-504 Self-drying at room temperature silicone resin
The resin is synthesized through a reaction involving phenyl monomer, methyl monomer, and specialized silane monomers. It cures at room temperature, offering energy efficiency and convenient application. The cured resin exhibits excellent heat resistance, capable of long-term use at temperatures ranging from 200 °C to 300 °C. It also provides strong adhesion, high flexibility, and reliable high-temperature performance. Silicone-based paints formulated with this resin can be produced in various colors. These coatings exhibit excellent fullness, high gloss, exceptional hardness, and strong heat resistance. They can be air-dried or cured at room temperature, making them particularly suitable for coating large equipment and workpieces that cannot undergo oven baking.

| Note: The above data are for reference only and are not guaranteed technical specifications. *Corrections & Supplementary Explanations: 1. Corrected “Surface drying” to “Surface drying” (standard industrial terminology for the initial drying stage, referring to when the liquid surface loses tackiness and cannot be wiped off); 2. “Opalescent light is allowed” describes a faint iridescent or milky luster that may appear in the liquid—this is a normal phenomenon in modified resin systems (e.g., silicone-modified polyester or epoxy resins) and does not indicate impurities or quality degradation; 3. Viscosity range (20-60S via 4# Cup at 25℃) belongs to medium-to-high viscosity: compared with lower viscosity ranges, it is more suitable for scenarios requiring thicker wet films (e.g., brush coating on rough substrates) while still ensuring smooth application without obvious brush marks; 4. “Solid content 50±1%” means non-volatile components (resin, crosslinking agents, functional additives) account for half the total mass—this balance reduces volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions during construction and ensures the cured film has sufficient thickness and mechanical performance; 5. Drying time covers three application scenarios: room-temperature surface drying (2h, enabling early stacking or subsequent processing), room-temperature complete curing (24h, for small-batch or non-heat-resistant substrates), and heat-accelerated curing (180℃ for 1h, for industrial mass production to improve efficiency); 6. Heat resistance requirement (500±10℃ for 3h, no peeling/cracking/blistering) confirms the product is suitable for high-temperature environments, such as coatings for engine parts, high-temperature pipelines, or heat-resistant decorative panels. | |
