BX-ESR-404 High solid methylphenyl silicone resin
This High solid methylphenyl silicone resin is a solvent-free methyl/phenyl polysiloxane resin. It exhibits excellent resistance to both high and low temperatures, along with strong water repellency, moisture resistance, and weather durability. After curing, it offers good adhesion, high hardness, flexibility, and reliable insulation performance. It is widely used in the production of high-temperature resistant coatings, laminates, impregnating paints, and adhesives. The resin can be cured at room temperature when used with a suitable curing agent.

Ⅱ. Packaging and Storage
This product is packed in 200 kg iron drum, stored in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight, avoid acid and alkali contact. This product belongs to non-dangerous goods.
Ⅲ. Instructions
1.The diluent used in this product shall not contain water, acid, alkali, amine and other compounds, otherwise it will affect adhesion, dryness and other properties of paint film.
2.Methanol and other flammable and explosive solvents may generate during using, attention should be paid to enhancing site ventilation during processing. Pay attention to fire prevention, anti-static, strictly cut off fire sources. Operators should pay attention to labor protection.
3.This product can be diluted with ketones, esters, toluene, xylene, etc.. The shelf life is half a year.
