BX-SRE-302 Acrylic modified methyl phenyl silicone emulsion

This Acrylic modified methyl phenyl silicone emulsion is a non-ionic, acrylic modified methyl/phenyl silicone resin emulsion, used in heat resistant industrial coatings. It has good high temperature resistant and coating layer decoration performance. Varnish paint heat-resistance can reaches up to 300 ℃, colored paint can reaches up to 500 C. It has good compatibility with organic resin, can achieve better self-drying at room temperature with water-based curing agent. It can be diluted with water.

Ⅱ. Recommend applications
It can be used in industrial heat resistant paint applications, suitable for decorative occasions with higher requirements, to meet the temperature resistance performance at the same time, and has a relatively good film surface gloss and fullness.
Ⅲ. Packaging and Storage
Generally 200KG, 50KG plastic bucker packaging; Stored sealed in a cool and dry environment at 5~36℃. Shelf life is generally 6 months from the date of production.
Ⅳ. Instructions
It is suggested to prepare water- based resin – free color paste, and then combine it with resin emulsion together. Resin emulsion has better room temperature self – drying property, it can give the workpiece early protection and transport performance. But if you want to get good heat resistance and physical and mechanical properties, it is recommended to cure at 200-280℃ for 15-60min.Low temperature curing properties of coatings can be achieved by using water-based polyurethane or amino curing agent.
