Application Areas
BK902 is suitable for a wide range of solvent-free epoxy systems, including:
- Epoxy self-leveling and anti-static floors.
- Heavy-duty anti-corrosion floors.
- Epoxy FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic) and mortar floors.
Usage & Construction
- Addition Ratio: Conventional addition is 2%-5% of the total floor paint weight (maximum 8%).
- Mixing Procedure: First stir component A, add pigment slurry and stir for 5 minutes; then add component B and stir for another 3-5 minutes before construction.
- Conditions: Construction temperature 5-35°C, humidity ≤85%.
- Drying Time: Surface dry ≥4h and hard dry >24h at 25°C.
Storage & Safety
- Storage: Store in a sealed, cool (≤35°C), and ventilated place away from fire, heat, and direct sunlight (to prevent green fading). Do not store with strong oxidants, acids, or alkalis.
- Safety: Wear protective gloves and goggles; avoid skin and eye contact. Ensure ventilation during construction and strictly prohibit open flames.
